His approach is deliberate and strategic, grounded in deep, hands-on experience across all phases of the construction lifecycle.​
Randy holds a BA and MBA, complemented by graduate studies in international business management at the London School of Economics, bringing both practical construction insight and global perspective to every client engagement.
