For more than three decades, Randy has served as a business development executive, business owner, advisor, and industry thought leader supporting companies across conventional and offsite construction, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.

His business development approach is intentional, insightful, and grounded in deep, hands-on experience. Randy holds a BA and MBA, along with graduate studies in international business management at the London School of Economics.
